Two Callaway County juveniles are believed to have committed a number of vehicle break-ins early Thursday in the Holts Summit area.
According to Holts Summit police reports, officers were dispatched at 2:50 a.m. to the J&L Mobile Home Park at 320 N. Summit Drive on a report of juveniles opening the doors of vehicles in the park and taking items from the vehicles.
While en route to the scene, one of the responding officers observed a male subject walking in the area.
