A series of public forums have been scheduled in Holts Summit to discuss a $7 million bond issue proposal on the April 5 city election ballot.
Holts Summit City Administrator Brian Crane said the bond issue includes a new sewage treatment plant along with improvements in the city's sewerage system.
Crane said residents also are invited to participate in scheduled tours of the city's current sewage treatment plant.
