A special judge has taken arguments under advisement in the case of a Cole County circuit clerk employee trying to keep her job in that office.
On Friday, Osage County Associate Circuit Judge Bob Schollmeyer heard testimony in the case of Theressa Klebba against Circuit Clerk Brenda Umstattd.
Umstattd testified that, when the Boone County judges' panel ordered Klebba's reinstatement, Umstattd's staff had no idea what to do, because further investigations found more discrepancies where Klebba may have been involved.
