Helias presents original take on "Alice in Wonderland'

Helias Catholic High School is offering the community a unique opportunity to see an old classic in a new way. The school will present its take on "Alice in Wonderland," complete with original songs and choreography.

Director Wyn Riley said the show, which features both elementary and high school students, combines the classic tales of Lewis Carroll, both "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and "Alice Through the Looking Glass."

"It's a totally original piece," Riley said.

Performances begin at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. at the Miller Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $12 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets are available by calling (573) 635-6139.
