Proposals and recommendations were presented Wednesday as part of the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce's economic development strategic plan, "Transformation."
As part of the plan, nine action teams were formed to create strategies for growth in the Jefferson City area.
Several proposals were said to require further study before any action could be recommended or taken, including development of a conference center and a boat marina on the south side of the Missouri River.
