Two men from a world apart, geographically and culturally, have found a common link to draw attention to their respective passions.

One man, Tatsuya Yamazawa, from Shizuoka, Japan, has multiple reasons for riding cross-country. First, he's trying to raise money for disaster relief in Japan; second, he hopes to encourage tourism in his country. He wants to get people involved along the way by either riding his tandem bicycle with him or riding alongside him.
