Danica Patrick showed that NASCAR racing isn't just for boys, and the Girl Scouts at St. Peter showed that pinewood derby racing isn't either.

Several dozen Girl Scouts and their families on Sunday came to the troop's first Powder Puff Pinewood Derby at the Selinger Center.

Emma Bonnot and several friends in her troop sat beside the racetrack, cheering on her fellow competitors while nervously awaiting the first of her four heats.
