WARDSVILLE, Mo. - The district streak may have ended at nine, but the Blair Oaks Falcons are back in the playoffs for the 10th straight time. And that's all that matters now.

The Falcons struck early and often, scoring 35 points in the first quarter and 34 in the second to rumble to a 69-28 win over Montgomery County in the Class 2 District 9 finale.

"We told the seniors, "It's 10 years of being in the playoffs and you don't want to be the first senior class not to get there,'" Blair Oaks coach Brad Drehle said after the Senior Night win.
