Man charged in death of 28-year-old found in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) - A man has been arrested and charged in the death of a man whose body was found near a Cape Girardeau park.

The Southeast Missourian (http://bit.ly/1OSGexx) reports that 24-year-old Malcolm Harris was arrested Friday. He's charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action, unlawful possession of a firearms, tampering with physical evidence and abandonment of a corpse in the death of 28-year-old Domorlo McCaster.

McCaster's body was found May 19 near Ranney Park. The cause of death has not been determined.

It was not immediately clear whether Harris has an attorney who could comment on the charges.
