JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - A Missouri man has been sentenced to 527 years in prison for child sexual abuse.
Attorney General Chris Koster says Darran Boston, of Mexico, Missouri, was sentenced Friday after being found guilty in April with more than two dozen counts involving child sexual abuse and child pornography. Prosecutors say he abused two young girls over several years.
Court records indicate computer and camera equipment investigators found contained nearly 1,400 photographs depicting the girls in sexual activity from 2010 to 2015.
During sentencing, Circuit Court Judge Wesley Dalton said Boston's case was the worst case he has seen in his career.
