• A Portland woman was arrested after a one-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Callaway County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports state the crash occurred at 11:40 a.m. on County Road 318, just east of County Road 305.
Julie Ballard, 39, went off the right side of the road and struck a bridge guardrail. She then went airborne, struck a concrete wall and came to rest in a creek. She was treated for minor injuries.
Ballard was arrested for careless and imprudent driving, not wearing a seat belt and first-degree tampering.
• A Tipton man was hurt in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in Moniteau County.
Patrol reports state the crash occurred at 7:38 a.m. on U.S. 50 at Bahner Quarry Road.
Corey Matthias, 28, of Olean, rear-ended a stopped vehicle driven by James Gardner, 65, of Tipton.
Matthias had no reported injuries while Gardner was treated for minor injuries.
