Missouri Department of Transportation crews will be doing maintenance work on the U.S. 54 Missouri River Bridge in Jefferson City this week.
Starting Tuesday, crews will close down the eastbound passing lane from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Work is expected to be complete by Friday.
All work is weather permitting and could be delayed, in which case work will continue the following week.
MoDOT officials said no significant traffic delays are expected, but delays are possible.
