It was only a few months ago that Jefferson City resident Bobby Culpepper visited the Missouri Lottery offices to claim a $1,000 prize. He made a return trip Monday to claim a top prize of $30,000 on a "Triple Dollar$" Scratchers game.

Culpepper had some winning tickets to cash in that day, and while at Schulte's Fresh Foods on Southwest Blvd. he purchased the winning ticket.

"I showed my wife and asked her, 'Am I seeing this right?' and she about fell over," he said in a Missouri Lottery news release. "She's excited!"

Culpepper plans to use some of the money to get his motorcycle out of the shop. He said he also plans to call his brother and celebrate.
