'Hocus Pocus' to be shown Saturday at Riverside

Capitol City Cinema and the Jefferson City Cultural Arts Commission will screen "Hocus Pocus" on Saturday at Ellis-Porter Riverside Park Amphitheater as the final "In the Park After Dark" event of 2018.

Food and drink vendors will attend, including Rebel Tacos, Ready Popped Popcorn, Eat Crepe Love, Capitol City CORK, Love My Gelato and more. Live music will provide pre-movie entertainment.

The Cultural Arts Commission will sponsor child-friendly activities, including facilitating crafts for children.

The event will start at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, with the movie beginning at dark, around 6:30 p.m. The amphitheater is located at 300 Ellis Porter Drive in Jefferson City. Parking is available above and below the amphitheater. Dogs are welcome. Bring a blanket or chair for more comfortable seating.

Entry costs $5 per person and goes toward programming for Capitol City Cinema.
