A Versailles woman and a woman from Camdenton were killed in a two vehicle crash Thursday morning in Camden County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred around 7:09 a.m. on Missouri 5, just south of the Niangua Bridge.
Amber Metcalf, 32, of Versailles, crossed the center line and struck Jessica Brazil, 33, of Camdenton, head-on. Metcalf and Brazil were pronounced dead at the scene.
Three passengers in the Brazil vehicle, Jordan Brazil, 4; Malachi Brazil, 2; and Jozlan Pawelczaklister, 6, all from Camdenton, were treated for serious injuries.
The crash blocked all lanes of Missouri 5 for much of Thursday morning until emergency crews could clear the wreckage.
All those involved were wearing seat belts or in their proper restraints.
