A Meta man was hurt in a one-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Maries County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred around 5:40 a.m. on Missouri 42 at Maries County Road 215.
Matthew Rowden, 43, lost control of his vehicle, overcorrected several times and went off the right side of the road, striking a sign before overturning.
He was wearing a seat belt and was treated for serious injuries.
• One person was hurt in a two vehicle crash Friday morning in Osage County.
Patrol reports show the crash occurred around 6:40 a.m. on U.S. 50 at County Road 602.
Thomas Peters, 43, of Loose Creek, was stopped in the median crossover of 602. Stacy Midyett, 43, of Gerald, was going westbound on 50. Peters failed to yield to Midyett. Peters struck the drivers side of Midyett’s vehicle, went off the right side of the road, and struck two highway signs and a rock bluff.
Peters had no reported injuries, while Midyett was treated for serious injuries. Both drivers were wearing their seat belts.
