A Freeburg man was killed in a tractor accident this morning in Osage County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred around 11:24 a.m. on U.S. 63, just south of County Road 611.
Reuben Luebbering, 77, was driving his 1967 John Deere tractor when it suffered a mechanical malfunction causing the front end of the tractor to strike ground. Luebbering was ejected from the tractor. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
