A man incarcerated at the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center died Saturday, FRDC Communication Director Karen Pojmann said.
Cory Gabelman was pronounced dead at 1:03 p.m. An autopsy will be conducted, Pojmann said. The FRDC release contained no details about the circumstances of his death.
Gabelman, 31, was serving a 15-year sentence from Randolph County for distribution/delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance and assault. He was received by the Missouri Department of Corrections in July 2013.
