One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Cole County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred just before 5 p.m. on westbound U.S. 54 at Old Bass Road.
A vehicle driven by Sharon Dejulio, 67, of Montrose, Colorado, crossed into the path of Alisha Burks, 36, of Tuscumbia. Burks struck Dejulio's vehiclel, which caused Dejulio to skid off the left side of the road. Burks' vehicle also skidded to the left side of the road and came to rest partially blocking the road.
A passenger with Dejulio, Carolyn Autrey, 64, of Lebanon, was pronounced dead at University Hospital in Columbia, where she had been flown to by helicopter for treatment.
Dejulio and Burks were treated for serious injuries.
All those involved were wearing seat belts.
