A Freeburg woman has been charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in Cole County.

Undercover detectives saw Amanda Struemph, 32, conducting a narcotics transaction Saturday afternoon in the 2000 block of Seven Hills Road, according to a Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement.

Officers stopped Struemph's vehicle, and a search by a K-9 unit revealed a bag containing 13 grams of methamphetamine and 8.5 grams of marijuana along with $862 in cash. The drugs were packaged consistent with the sale of narcotics.

Struemph has a pending Cole County narcotics charge from earlier this month.
