Cole County
U.S. 54 between Broadway Street and Stadium Boulevard - Roadway resurfacing, pavement repair, guard rail replacement and bridge repair continue. The project is in its third stage, which includes rehabilitation of the westbound U.S. 54 bridges over Stadium and Broadway and work on the U.S. 54 on-ramp from the Madison Street bridge. Westbound 54 is reduced to one lane 24 hours a day from north of Broadway to south of Stadium, and the U.S. 54 on-ramp from Madison Street is closed. The work on westbound 54 and the Madison Street exit is scheduled for completion in early August. The entire project is scheduled for completion in November.
U.S. 50 over Moreau River, west of Route J - Bridge maintenance will take place July 24. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Missouri 17 between U.S. 54 and Missouri 52 Miller County - Roadway resurfacing and shoulder widening continue. Concrete replacement will take place just north of the Saline Creek bridge this week. Curves will be widened on the north and south sides of the bridge. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Route B between U.S. 54 and Tri County Road and Route W between Route B and East Bend Road - Ditch repair will take place Monday through July 26. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Route C over North Moreau Creek - Bridge maintenance will take place July 23. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Boone County
Route B between Business Loop 70 and Brown Station Road - Roadway resurfacing and sidewalk improvements are nearing completion. Pavement repair between U.S. 63 and Brown Station will take place this week. Occasional lane closures can be expected. The project is scheduled to be completed in late September.
I-70 between mile marker 126.4-127.4 - Pavement repair in the westbound lane will take place Sunday. One westbound lane will be open.
Callaway County
U.S. 54 bridge improvements - Guard cable installation on eastbound and westbound U.S. 54 from Holts Summit to Route HH in Fulton continues. Bridge rehabilitation work on the eastbound U.S. 54 bridge over Stinson Creek continues. One eastbound lane of U.S. 54 will be closed. These traffic impacts are scheduled until the end of July.
Route A between I-70 and Route B - Pavement patching will take place Monday through July 26. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Route B between U.S. 54 and the Montgomery County line - Roadway resurfacing continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic. The project is scheduled for completion in October.
Route D between Missouri 94 and Route O - Pavement patching will take place Monday through Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Route E between Route DD and Old Route 54 - Roadway resurfacing continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic. The project is scheduled for completion in October.
Business 54 through Fulton - Sidewalk improvement work will begin Monday. The first stage of the project will include sidewalk improvement and ADA upgrade work. Motorists can expect lane closures on Business 54 during daytime hours. The project is scheduled for completion in December.
Cooper County
Missouri 87 over I-70 - Bridge replacement will begin Monday. Bridge demolition is scheduled for the weekend of July 27. The contractor will be out at 7 p.m. Friday preparing for demolition of the structure. Starting at 10 p.m., I-70 traffic in both directions will be routed up and over the Missouri 87 ramps. There will be no access to I-70 from Missouri 87 during that time. During the closure of mainline I-70, concrete barrier will be installed along the shoulders of I-70 to accommodate construction operations of the new bridge. All lanes of I-70 are scheduled to re-open by 5 a.m. July 30.
Maries County
U.S. 63 over the Gasconade River - Bridge maintenance will take place July 25. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Missouri 42 between U.S. 63 and Missouri 17 in Miller County - Roadway resurfacing, shoulder addition and guardrail installation continue. Crews will pave asphalt this week. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Missouri 42 over the Gasconade River, east of County Road 335 - Scour repair continues. Minimal traffic interruptions are expected. The project is scheduled for completion in August.
Route BB between Missouri 133 and Missouri 42 in Miller County - Pavement patching will take place July 23-26. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Route DD between Missouri 133 and County Road 631 and Route HH between Missouri 133 and County Road 621 - Chip sealing to extend the life of the pavement will be done July 23. Motorists should expect to encounter loose gravel on the road surface for several days after the seal coat is complete. At that time, crews will sweep the roadway. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Route JJ between Route T and County Road 206 - Chip sealing to extend the life of the pavement will be done July 24. Motorists should expect to encounter loose gravel on the road surface for several days after the seal coat is complete. At that time, crews will sweep the roadway. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Route AA between U.S. 63 and Route T - Chip sealing to extend the life of the pavement will be done July 25-26. Route H between Missouri 17 and Marys Home Road Roadway resurfacing continues. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic. The project is scheduled for completion in November.
Business 54 at Eastview Drive - Drainage repair will take place Monday through Wednesday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Morgan County
Missouri 135 between Hughes Avenue and Third Street - Roadside maintenance will take place Tuesday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic.
Route BB over Middle Richland Creek, south of Self Chapel Road - Bridge replacement continues. The road is closed. The project is scheduled for completion in August.
