Sentences were handed down Tuesday in four sexual assault cases in Callaway County court.

John David Belisle, 39, of Fulton, pleaded guilty to charges of failure to register as a sex offender and resisting arrest. Belisle admitted he failed to update his sex offender registration with the Callaway County Sheriff in October 2015 and that he was over two weeks late in registering when deputies attempted to arrest him for the violation. Belisle also admitted he had physically resisted when deputies attempted to take him into custody. The judge sentenced him to four years in prison for each of the offenses. The case was investigated by the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.

Bobby Gilmore, 56, of Osage Beach, pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree statutory rape and one count of second-degree statutory rape. Gilmore admitted he had sexually molested one victim between 2003-07 while the victim was 6-10 years old, a second victim during the same time period while that victim was 3-7 years old, and a third victim between 2003-08 while that victim was 7-12 years old. Gilmore also admitted he had sexually molested a fourth victim between 2001-04 while the victim was 13-16 years old. Following an impact statement given by one of the victims, the judge sentenced him to 23 years in prison on each of the charges of first-degree statutory rape and seven years in prison on the charge of second-degree statutory rape. The case was investigated by the Holts Summit Police Department.

Donald Hiatte, 72, of Fulton, pleaded guilty to two charges of being a registered sex offender loitering near a public park. Hiatte admitted he had loitered within 500 feet of Memorial Park in Fulton on two occasions in July. Hiatte is prohibited from loitering in or near any park with a pool or playground equipment based on his conviction for sexual misconduct in 2008 in Callaway County. The judge sentenced him to four years in prison on each of the charges but suspended execution of those sentences and placed him on five years of supervised probation. The case was investigated by the Fulton Police Department.
