Jefferson City Public Schools: OPEN Thursday. Many JCPS buses are experiencing morning delays due to the slippery roads, which deteriorated rapidly. Drivers are taking their time to be as safe as possible. Delays of 15-20 minutes or more are expected.
Lincoln University: Campus will open at 10 a.m.
