A Clarksburg man was arrested this week after a drug bust in Moniteau County.
Deputies responded Wednesday to the home of Daniel Contreras, 28, for a report of possible drug activity, according to sheriff's department reports.
Deputies spoke with Contreras and saw marijuana inside the home. They asked to do a search of the home, but Contreras refused.
Deputies sealed the residence and got a search warrant. They returned and found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cocaine inside the home.
Contreras was taken into custody for possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also was found to have a warrant for his arrest for failure to pay child support.
