Quinn Chapel A.M.E. Church at 415 Lafayette Ave. in Jefferson City has partnered with the Joshua House Church and the Revs. Adrian and Andria Hendricks and Reid Millard to provide relief for flood victims in Houston.
The project, #JCHopeForHouston, concludes today.
The truck will be at Quinn Chapel between 5-8 p.m. Requested items include new T-shirts, underwear and socks for children, men and women. Other items requested are personal hygiene items, toiletries, cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes, disposable diapers and baby wipes.
Monetary donations will be accepted with checks payable to the Tenth District A.M.E. Church Hurricane Relief Fund and dropped off at Quinn Chapel.
