As of Tuesday afternoon, Boone County sheriff's deputies were looking for a 31-year-old Jefferson City man charged with first-degree child endangerment and disobeying a judge's protective order.
A warrant charging Ryan Edwards, of 7707 Heritage Highway, has a $25,000 cash-only bond. Edwards has several prior arrests for stalking and domestic violence, authorities said.
