The fourth annual River City Fall Festival, hosted by the Central Missouri Master Gardeners and Jefferson City Parks and Recreation, has something for everyone this Saturday.
This year, the festival has attracted a record 75 vendors selling a variety of handmade crafts. Festival-goers can find pumpkins, flowers and fall-themed gifts, all supporting local artists and organizations. There will also be many vendors selling homemade confections.
Local musicians and performers will provide live entertainment throughout the day.
The festival is a family-friendly event, with a full day of activities for children around the gardens. Face painting, pony and wagon rides, and a petting zoo are offered free of charge, as well as Knockerball for the whole family.
The fourth annual River City Fall Festival is scheduled 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at the Central Missouri Master Gardeners' community gardens, located at the Bill Quigg Commons in north Jefferson City.
