Jefferson City police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred Saturday.
Police report no one was hurt at 10:30 a.m. when shots were fired in the 1700 block of Tanner Bridge Road. Investigators recovered evidence and interviewed witnesses.
However, the police department stated in a news release that its "investigation is ongoing and to preserve the integrity of the investigation no further details will be released."
