Several injured in weekend wrecks

A Jefferson City woman was treated for serious injuries after a one-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon in Cole County.

Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred at 2 p.m. on Tanner Bridge Road, just north of Bungart Lane.

Rebecca Carroll, 34, hydroplaned, went off the right side of the road and struck a tree.

A California man was hurt in a one-vehicle crash Friday night in Miller County.

Patrol reports show the crash occurred at 8:50 p.m. on Missouri 87, at Boulder Road.

Brendon Baker, 21, was going north on 87 when he failed to negotiate a curve, went off the right side of the road and overturned.

Baker was wearing a seat belt and was treated for minor injuries.

A Linn man was hurt after a one-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Osage County.

Patrol reports show the crash occurred on U.S. 50, a half-mile west of County Road 608, at 12:14 p.m.

Keith Schepker, 53, crossed the median and went into the other lane of traffic. He then went off the road, struck three fences and an embankment.

Schepker was wearing a seat belt and was treated for moderate injuries.

Three people were hurt after a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in Cole County.

Patrol reports show the crash occurred at 8:15 a.m. on North Shamrock Road, just north of U.S. 50.

Charles Juden, 60, of Jefferson City, was going north on North Shamrock and attempted to make a left turn into a private drive. That's when he pulled into the path of William Payne, 48, of Jefferson City, and the two vehicles collided.

Juden and Payne were wearing seat belts and had no reported injuries. However, three passengers in Payne's vehicle were treated for minor injuries. Tracy Davis, 49, of Jefferson City, and Cecelia Jones, 40, of Jefferson City, were both wearing seat belts. Tasha Knight, 33, of Jefferson City, was not.
