Two killed in Miller County plane crash

Two Pennsylvania residents in a small airplane were killed when it crashed Saturday afternoon near Kaiser in Miller County.

Law enforcement and emergency personnel responded around 3:30 p.m. after receiving a report of the crash. They located the downed Beechcraft single-engine plane in a wooded area near Lee C. Fine Memorial Airport.

The plane's occupants, Bruce Hensler, 56, and Sarah M. Hensler, 30, both of New Britain, Pennsylvania, were pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said Bruce Hensler was believed to be the pilot.

The Federal Aviation Administration is expected to begin conducting an investigation Sunday. The aircraft's starting point and destination weren't immediately known.
