Two Iowa women were arrested after a Saturday night shooting Jefferson City that sent one victim to the hospital.
Jefferson City police said the unidentified victim had injuries that were not life-threatening.
Police responded to a disturbance at 813 Monroe St., where they found the victim had a gunshot wound.
They were able to get information on the suspects and their vehicle, and the Missouri Highway Patrol located the two suspects later in Schuyler County. They were taken without incident.
Both suspects, 21-year-old Daequan Smith and 25-year-old Karmen Hines, are being held in the Cole County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
