Jefferson City woman charged in drunken wreck

A Jefferson City woman has been charged after police say she crashed into two parked vehicles earlier this month while drunk.

She has been charged with one count of second-degree assault.

Officers responded to the 300 block of Marshall Street, where the investigation revealed a southbound Jeep Cherokee, driven by Hannah Park, 27, struck a parked Dodge Avenger, pushing it into a parked Mercury Villager, according to Jefferson City Police Department reports. Park's vehicle overturned on the driver's side in the middle of the street.

A passenger, Hailee Park, 9, of Jefferson City, was taken to Capital Region Medical Center, where she was treated and released for non-life-threatening injuries.

Hannah Park was also was transported to Capital Region, where she was treated and released before being taken into police custody.

A Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement shows Hannah Park admitted to officers she had been "drinking vodka all day."
