COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - The University of Missouri System has announced that it will conduct an audit of diversity and inclusion policies and procedures.
System Interim President Michael Middleton announced Monday the launch of a systemwide audit of diversity and inclusion policies, practices and procedures.
A news release from the university said the audit will include focus groups and interviews with students, faculty, staff and leadership members. Separate focus groups with students and faculty will be conducted in the fall.
The audit, which is one of several initiatives to address diversity and inclusion throughout the university system, is expected to be completed by the end of the calendar year.
