Two Jefferson City residents were injured in a two-car crash in Cole County on Saturday afternoon.
According to Missouri Highway Patrol reports, Marvin L. Schulte, 52, of Jefferson City, was stopped on Route C, waiting to make a left turn onto Millbrook Drive at 2:15 p.m. Saturday, when his car was struck in the rear by a car driven by Danette E. Fisher, 47, of Jefferson City.
Schulte received minor injuries and sought his own treatment services. Fisher was moderately injured and taken to Capital Region Medical Center.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
