Camdenton resident Chad Thomas, 31, was treated at Cooper County Memorial Hospital after he was involved in a one-vehicle wreck early Sunday morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol said the wreck occurred in Cooper County on Missouri 5, about .5 miles north of Elk Town Road.
He fell asleep and went off the right side of the road, struck a ditch and a concrete box culvert, then overturned into a tree.
