Zoe DeGraffenreid was named the people's choice winner for the annual Ruth Hogan Children's Art Exhibit, which is sponsored by the Jefferson City Art Club and publicly presented during March at Capital Arts gallery. The second grader won for her piece titled, "How Now Brown Cow."
