As Public Administrator, the Court Appointed Public Guardian and Conservator, serving people determined incapacitated or disabled due to a developmental disability; a medical or psychiatric condition; or a drug or alcohol addiction, I will ensure my Office continues to provide quality, professional and ethical services. As an Attorney specializing in Guardianship and Conservatorship law, I save the County the expense of hiring legal counsel in routine matters.
With a career of professional Social Service and Management experience, I am one of only 13 National Certified Guardians in Missouri. I have served as Guardian and Conservator for over 400 people making informed behavioral, medical, psychiatric and end of life decisions for them. Over the next four years, I will continue to protect the public safety while working to ensure all my clients live in the least restrictive and most appropriate environment. Also, I will oversee the implementation of a system enabling my Office to file paperless Reports; Settlements; Legal Petitions and Proposed Orders with the Court.
