Jay Houghton was raised on a diversified farm near Monticello, MO, where he learned family values and hard work. Growing up, Jay was involved in 4-H and FFA. Later during Jay's working years he spent most of his time in and around agriculture such as, Monsanto's Dairy research facility, Cargill Pork, Martinsburg Farmers Elevator, and as manager of McCaw Farms' hog facility.
No silver spoon here. Jay is a common man.
