Mid-Missouri native’s consulting firm expands

Jefferson City-based business consulting firm Rock House Advisors is expanding with an addition to its leadership team and an expanded network of associates.

Joe Jobe founded Rock House Advisors in 2016 after 17 years at the National Biodiesel Board, where he served as CEO.

Now Mike Marsch has joined the energy, transportation and technology consulting firm as senior vice president.

“Mike has a unique set of skills that will complement and expand the company’s already broad range of services,” Jobe said in a news release.

The two have worked together before — the Russellville natives met in kindergarten and have been friends since.

‘Things just lined up for both of us where it was just time that we both just decided it’s time to do something different,” Jobe said.

Marsch has decades of experience in the electric utility industry, according to the news release. He will help lead Rock House Advisors’ expanded network of associates, who collaborate on projects to expand the level of expertise the firm can offer renewable fuel clients, petroleum refiners, electric utilities, agricultural commodity groups, private equity funds and autonomous technology companies.
