IT services firm Wipro recently expanded its office at 601 Monroe St. in Jefferson City.
Shaun Sappenfield, manager of existing businesses for the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce, said the company added an Eligibility and Enrollment Contact Center at the office.
Wipro, which trades publicly on the New York Stock Exchange, declined to comment because of Securities and Exchange Commission rules which prohibit public comments immediately before companies release earnings results. India-based Wipro employs more than 300 people at three offices in Jefferson City.
