Kansas City-based law firm Lathrop Gage announced Oct. 11 it formed a Jefferson City-based lobbying subsidiary.
Lathrop Gage will form the subsidiary in a partnership with Jefferson City lobbying firm Gallagher Consultants.
"Clients come to us seeking effective solutions to their challenges, and often those solutions go beyond traditional legal strategies," said Mark Bluhm, Lathrop Gage chief executive officer, in a news release. "Lathrop Gage Consulting gives us the resources to help clients address legislative and regulatory challenges as well.

Lathrop Gage has Missouri offices in Jefferson City, Kansas City, Springfield and St. Louis, as well as offices in Los Angeles; Denver; Boston; Chicago; Boulder, Colorado; and Overland Park, Kansas.
