Community Center, church demand street parking spaces back

Patsy Johnson, president of the board at the Jefferson City Community Center, spent two hours Thursday morning at City Hall. She was there with five other community city members and one member of the Second Christian Church to attend the Transportation and Traffic Commission meeting.
