Beginning in March, 7 Brew expects to offer the area's newest drive-through coffee experience, the company said.
Work is under way for the Jefferson City location in front of Schnucks. A franchise labeled as a "brewing revolution" on its website, the drive-through chain offers coffee in various flavors, energy drinks, teas, soda, smoothies, shakes and more, with milk alternatives and sugar-free options available.
An email from the business said it expects to open sometime next month. The chain, which partners with local organizations in each city it comes to, is also set to donate $2,000 to the Fire Museum of Jefferson City on Wednesday.
The email said, "7 Brew prioritizes cultivating kindness and joy with every drink through service, speed, quality, energy and atmosphere. 7 Brew believes kindness and joy are contagious, and their high priority on those values throughout the company is changing the drive-thru coffee industry.
"Those values have driven 7 Brew and the local owner Brandon Sebald to invest in the Jefferson City community by donating to the Fire Museum of Jefferson City."
The franchise is quickly growing in Missouri and throughout the Midwest, with new locations opening regularly across 13 states. There are seven 7 Brew locations open in Missouri so far, including three in Springfield and one in Branson.
Other stores are open in the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.
Drew Ritger, chief operating officer and director of franchising, previously said the new spot would be a great addition to the community.
"We're strictly a double drive-through, but our key attribute is cultivating kindness one customer at a time. It's all about providing a great experience for the customer," he said. The business touts 20,000 unique drink combinations.
