NEWBURG, Mo. - Abbi Kern's triple double led the Vienna Lady Eagles to a 59-39 win against Laquey on Thursday in the loser's bracket semifinals of the Newburg Tournament.
Kern had 28 points, 14 rebounds and 10 blocks.
Onika Olson of Vienna had nine points and six rebounds. Kara Harker had eight points and three steals.
Brittany Boevingloh led Laquey with 15 points.
Vienna will face St. Elizabeth in the fifth-place game at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
