Boys Basketball: South Callaway 82, Russellville 52

RUSSELLVILLE, Mo. - The South Callaway Bulldogs used big runs in the middle quarters to beat the Russellville Indians 82-52 on Tuesday.

The game was tied at 14 after the first quarter, but the Bulldogs built a 42-28 lead by halftime.

By the end of the third quarter, South Callaway extended its lead to 70-44.

Kaden Helsel led the Bulldogs with 29 points. Logan Taylor scored 20 for the winners and Blake Parker added 12.

Tyler Voss of Russellville scored 20 points. Dylan Henderson (16) and Seth Kuda (10) also scored in double figures for the Indians.

South Callaway (6-13) will play at Tuscumbia today. Russellville will play Friday at Tuscumbia.

South Callaway won the JV 58-25.
