NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Breanna Stewart made her first seven shots in a 20-point performance and No. 1 UConn easily remained unbeaten with a 96-38 victory over Tulane on Wednesday night.

Moriah Jefferson scored 16 points, Gabby Williams, 15, and Katie Lou Samuelson, 14 for the Huskies (21-0, 11-0 American Athletic Conference), who led wire-to-wire and won by at least 40 points for the 14th time this season.

Tulane struggled to match up with the quick, lanky and accurate Stewart.

Leslie Vorpahl scored 11 for Tulane (15-7, 6-4), which shot a season-worst 28.8 percent (15 of 52).

NO. 4 BAYLOR 87, KANSAS STATE 52

WACO, Texas (AP) - Alexis Jones scored 15 points without missing a shot and Baylor stretched its winning streak to nine games with a victory over Kansas State.

Niya Johnson had eight points and 13 assists for the Lady Bears (22-1, 9-1 Big 12), who scored the game's first six points and never trailed.

Kindred Wesemann scored 15 points and Breanna Lewis, 10, for Kansas State (14-7, 4-6).

NO. 17 MICHIGAN STATE 85, MICHIGAN 64

EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Aerial Powers scored 27 points and Michigan State was perfect on 19 free throws in defeating Michigan for its fifth straight win.

Powers was 9-of-12 shooting and now has 1,502 career points in three seasons, passing Kristen Rasmussen (1996-2000) for eighth on the all-time Michigan State list.

Branndais Agee added a career-high 20 points, making 4 of 5 3-pointers. The Spartans (17-4, 8-2 Big Ten) shot 29 of 51 for 57 percent.

Katelynn Flaherty scored 18 points to lead the Wolverines (12-10, 4-7).

NO. 19 SOUTH FLORIDA, CINCINNATI 49

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Courtney Williams had 28 points and 15 rebounds and reached 2,000 career points to help South Florida beat Cincinnati.

Williams entered the game 28 points short of the milestone and got it on her last basket, a 3-pointer that made it 72-40 with 4:55 left.

The Bulls (16-5, 9-2 American) never trailed and led by 11 in the first quarter. The Bearcats (7-14, 3-7) cut within four early in the third, but South Florida closed the quarter with a 26-9 run to lead 57-36 and extended to 80-41 in the fourth.

Ana Owens led the Bearcats with 15 points but struggled with 5-of-20 shooting.

NO. 25 OKLAHOMA STATE 71, NO. 20 OKLAHOMA 69

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) - Kaylee Jensen had 24 points and 11 rebounds to help Oklahoma State defeat Oklahoma.

It was Oklahoma State's first win in Norman since 1998 and the Cowgirls' first regular-season sweep against the Sooners since that year.

Brittney Martin had 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Cowgirls (17-4, 7-3 Big 12), who won their fifth straight.

Gioya Carter scored a season-high 17 points for the Sooners (15-6, 6-4), who had won two straight.
