The Jamestown Eagles beat Calvary Lutheran 7-5 on Thursday.
Jordan Duenckel started for the Lions, allowing two runs, none earned on a hit, three walks and four strikeouts in four innings. Drew Goodin took the loss, allowing five runs — one earned — on four hits, no walks and two strikeouts.
At the plate, Duenckel had a hit and two RBI. Shea Crisp, Alex Flannigan and Carson Killday also had hits for Calvary.
Calvary (7-8) plays Tuesday at Versailles.
The Lions won the JV game 5-0.
