Women’s Golf: Knaebel takes 24th

EUGENE — Columbia College golfer Mikayla Knaebel (Blair Oaks High School) shot an 86 on Tuesday and finished tied for 24th at the American Midwest Conference Championship. Her two-day total was 181, good for 37 over par.

The Cougars finished third with a two-day score of 678. William Woods was the overall winner (588), and Freed-Hardeman took second (636). William Woods’ Celia Mansour was the overall champion, shooting an even-par 144.

Knaebel was named a member of the Academic All-AMC team.
