Jefferson City police say two people suffered non-life threatening injuries after a shooting Saturday evening.
The shooting was reported just before 5 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 800 block of Monroe Street.
The 911 Center received multiple calls from neighbors saying they heard multiple shots go off and saw multiple persons running from the area after the shots rang out.
Officers fanned out to go through the area and searched two of the buildings in the complex, but were unable to find any suspects.
The investigation is continuing.
