VIENNA, Mo. - Maddie Stricklan set a new Vienna softball single-season home run record in a tournament championship win over the weekend.
Stricklan had nine hits and nine RBI, while hitting two home runs pushing her season total to six, a new Vienna single-season record.
The Vienna Lady Eagles won the Vienna Invitational with wins over Tuscumbia 11-9, Newbury 8-4 and Russellville 16-1.
Megan Wieberg and Bailey Wilkinson also had home runs, while Jessica Limback added seven hits.
Vienna (15-4) hosts Stoutland Tuesday.
